Concrete :class:~monoprop.monomial_propagator.MonomialPropagator that accepts Majorana (or fermionic) operators and gates. Gate information (the Majorana generators, their coefficients, and the parameter each drives) is owned by the propagation graph, so evaluation methods take only parameters.
